The toolkit
Every tool is a ready-to-use Excel workbook with a filled-in worked example and a PDF user guide. Buy one tool, a bundle of four or the whole desk.

You enter: Standard price, Quantity, Adjust, Valid for.
You get: Annual fee, Monthly, Adjustment, Letter.

CL-03 tracks every prospect from first enquiry to won or lost: source, services, annual fee, stage and last contact. It weights each fee by the chance of winning at that stage, shows the win rate and where good clients come from, and flags prospects not contacted for two weeks.
Who it's for: Partners responsible for growing the practice.
You enter: Stage, Annual fee, Source, Last contact.
You get: Weighted pipeline, Win rate, Follow up, By source.

An engagement letter that matches the work you'll do.

Who it's for: Partners and managers taking on clients or changing what they do for them.

You get: Letter, Services included, Signed, Fee.

The access you need, before you need it.

New clients fully on board before their first deadline.
